At the recent AIDS 2008 conference in Mexico City, there was talk about condom induced erectile dysfunction as a possible risk factor for HIV transmission (see Keith Green’s blog).

I used to have more trouble with keeping an erection when using a condom, but with more and more use it happens less frequently. But I still have trouble from time to time.

I have found that condoms often prevents me from becoming sexually aroused. The lack of arousal that I have experienced due to condom use, could be associated with psychological issues.
